| Objectives To conserve the purity of the grape, the potential of the terroir and defend to the maximum the native varieties such as Sumoll, Garnatxa, Cariñena. Manual procedures are followed throughout the fermentation process and grape sampling is done in the vinyeard itself to ascertain the optimum moment to harvest the grapes. The wines are aged until they reach optimum point in oak barrels wich enrich and add the flavour of the final product without actually dominating the taste. |
